All orders will ship by the next business day, unless something happens out of our control. If that is the case, you will be notified by email and given the option to change or cancel your order. If we do not hear back from you, your order will ship as soon as possible with your original choices.
Shipping charges are based on postal or carrier shipping expenses and include a minor (less than $1) handling fee. You may choose from UPS(coming soon) or the Postal Service. Express shipping is available, and will ship out same business day when the order is received before 2:00PM EST. When you add items to your shopping cart, you can choose which shipping method you prefer, and a price will appear for each option. Please note that bulky items like flannel or batting may not qualify for the Flat Rate shipping options.
We DO ship internationally. When you make your account, if your country's name is listed in the drop-down menu, then we ship to your country. If it is not listed, you can contact us to see if we can add it to the list. We use the Postal Service as our international shipper. When you add items to your shopping cart, you will be able to choose the shipping option you prefer, and prices will appear. For orders over 22 yards, the international shipping charges cannot be accurately determined by our automated system, so please choose the "International over 22 yards" shipping option. We will contact you by e-mail with shipping options and prices. If we do not hear back from you before our normal shipping time, we will ship your order the least expensive way. Please note that bulky items like flannel and batting may not qualify for the standard shipping rates. We do not guarantee that our shipping quote will be your final price as some countries charge additional fees. ALL ADDITIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS, ETC. ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

During your check out process on the final checkout page, you will see a "Promotional Code" box at the bottom of the page for a "promotional code". Just enter your coupon code, discount code or promotional code in the box and hit the "Apply" button located beside the Box. Don't worry, just email or call us and we can do it for you as well. Only one Promotional Code may be used per order.

The minimum order for fabric cut from the bolt is 1/2 yard, and you may place your order in whole or 1/8 yard increments. Clearance items are different, and will say what the minimum order is for each item.

We truly value you as a customer, and love to have repeat business. To help show our gratitude for customer loyalty, we have a Customer Rewards Program. There is no signing up to do--every customer is automatically included in the Program. Every time that you accumulate $500 in purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, and returned items; unfortunately, orders using promotional codes do not count toward the $500), you will receive a coupon via email for $10 off another order! You must enter the coupon code during your checkout process to receive the discount. Only one discount may be used per order. This program is subject to change at any time.
How to use gift certificates
During your check out process, you will see an area for a promotional code. Just enter your gift certificate there. Gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash, and any remaining balances will remain on the gift certificate.
How to order gift certificates
Go to the Gift Certificates link under the Categories listing to the left on the website. Minimum order is $15. If you would like a denomination different than what is listed, email us at info@fabriclovers.com, and we will get you what you need.
Gift certificates can be sent via email or a printed certificate can be sent via the Postal System. First Class postage is included in the price; expedited service is available for an additional shipping fee.
Gift orders / Gift messages
If this order is a gift, please make sure to insert the recipient's correct address. Also, please make a note in your shopping car in the "Order Notes" section that this order is a gift, and we won't include the invoice in the box--we'll send it to you instead! You may also include a message to your recipient in this box as well, and we will include your message with the order.
The fabriclovers.com gift message service available to our customers is subject to our review. We reserve the right to remove any or all content from a gift message that is, in our sole discretion, deemed inappropriate.

We like to ship fast because we know you don’t want to wait any longer than necessary for your order! So, if you do find you’ve made a mistake on your order, please call us at 855-MY-QUILT during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM-9PM Eastern Time) right away! We will do our very best to accommodate your change; however, if the fabric has already been cut, it may be impossible to change your order.

We have an online inventory system that should keep backorders to a minimum; however, since the inventory is not reduced until an order is finalized, there is a chance that an item in your cart may no longer be available by the time you check out. If that is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to see what you would like to do. Many items can be put on backorder, but some are discontinued and may be impossible to restock.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If we make a mistake, or if something you receive is defective, please contact us within 21 days of delivery at: returns@fabriclovers.com. If the item is still in original condition, we will pay for the return shipping, and send a replacement out right away. Please note that some items may no longer be available. If that is the case, you will have the choice of another item of equal value, a credit on your account, or your money back.
If you receive your order, and then change your mind, please contact us within 21 days of delivery at: returns@fabriclovers.com. The item must be in original condition. Once the item is received, we will credit your account for the purchase amount minus the shipping charges.
All returns must be received by us within 30 days of your receipt, or the return may not be permitted.
Please note that we cannot accept patterns or books as return items due to copyright issues.
All sales from our Clearance Section are final.

A fat quarter is a cut of fabric that is 18" long by 22" wide. Many quilters like to use fat quarters.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a print catalog because our inventory is constantly changing. All the items we have are online.
Colors on the site
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Flammability issues for children's sleepwear
None of the fabric on this site has been treated to be flame resistant, nor has it been approved for commercial use in children's sleepwear unless otherwise noted on the listing itself.
