This fabric is from the Batty Halloween line designed by Kylie Kreations for South Sea Imports and is a licensed product.  It is 100% cotton and 44"/45" wide.  The stripes are about 1/8" wide and run the length of the fabric. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low--fabric softener not recommended.
