This fabric is from the Rainy Days line designed by Winky Wheeler for South Sea Imports and is a licensed product.  It is 100% cotton and 44"/45" wide.  The raindrops are about 1/2" tall. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low--fabric softener not recommended
